TCK-099 Application Field and Working Principle
Common mode choke is commonly used in power supplies and motor drive systems for noise reduction, power measurement and signal transmission in ac/dc. It is an ideal device to reduce or filter the interference in the system. TCK-099 is a kind of common mode choke which is a low-cost solution for practical DC power supply system.
The application field of TCK-099 is mainly focused on the performance of device and the ability of resist interference. It can effectively reduce the high frequency noises generated by power supply and motor drive system, and at the same time, maintain the stability of the signal transmission when working in high voltage or high temperature. It is one of the most commonly used method to reduce the interference of power supply system, which also has the function of EMC improvement.
The working principle of TCK-099 is also closely related to the EMC improvement in the power supply system. It is composed of magnetic core, wire winding and shell. The internal structure of TCK-099 is designed to reduce the common mode interference of the power system, by creating a strong inductive point at the turn transition of two adjacent sections of magnetic core. It can reduce the radiative interference waves to a minimum by redirecting the interference energy to the winding and turn it into heat.
TCK-099 is especially suitable for applications which have high requirements on EMC. It is easy to install and no external matching components are required. It has wide level of frequency frequency band and extremely low cost. As a low-cost solution, it can bring good noise suppression performance and avoid interference in the system.
