PMIC - Voltage Reference

The TLE2426ILPR is a fixed voltage reference device, specifically a micropower CMOS bandgap Voltage Reference (VR) for precision analog systems, that requires no additional external components. The device is designed to provide precise, low-voltage references over the operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.The TLE2426ILPR is a precision two-terminal voltage reference with a nominal 0.6V reference voltage output and an initial accuracy of 0.1%. The device also has a very low output temperature coefficient and a low temperature drift over the 0.6V output range. It also features low output noise, wide dynamic range and low quiescent current.

The working principle of the TLE2426ILPR device is based on a bandgap reference circuit. This circuit is based on the physical properties of a diode, and uses a temperature-stable voltage reference circuit to provide a stable and accurate voltage output.The device uses a circuit which combines two resistor-divider branches, one with a temperature-stable reference voltage and the other with a temperature-dependent reference voltage. The circuit then compares the relative voltages on the two branches and adjusts the voltage of the reference so that it is equal to the temperature-independent branch.

The TLE2426ILPR reference circuit also incorporates an auto-zero automatic calibration process. This process continuously and automatically adjust the gain of the circuit based on temperature changes and load conditions. This allows for accurate output within the specified temperature range and ensures that the device is not affected by external changes in the circuit.

The TLE2426ILPR is ideally suited for a wide range of applications such as Audio Amplifiers, Instrumentation, Process Control, and Metering. Due to its exceptional accuracy and low quiescent current, it is also ideal for precision analog applications in portable, low-power systems.
