TLE4207GNT is a high performance 6-phase N-CH trench MOSFET motor driver. It is dedicated to the motor drive applications in the power range of 2V-40V and 0-nKW and can be used in a wide range of fields such as industrial automation, e-bikes, CNC machines, winding machines and so on.
