TLE7209-2R

TLE7209-2R is a family of Infineon two-channel automotive low-side MOSFET driver ICs. They are often used in motor control and power management applications, as well as other applications that require matched switching speed and slew rate control.

The TLE7209-2R ICs are designed for driving and controlling low-side load switches. They provide two low-side outputs for bidirectional control of power MOSFET and bipolar transistors.
