TMOV34S111MPX2696 is part of a family of Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS). This particular series of devices is categorized in Varistors, more specifically MOVs. It is designed to withstand stressful electrical conditions caused by surges, transients, and EMI/RFI interference.
