The LED driver’s digital feedback provides high accuracy LED current sensing and control, allowing the user to program LED current with a resolution of 0.4 mA/step. The LED driver also includes a built-in clock synchronization feature that is synchronized to the input clock frequency, providing a flexible range of PWM dimming frequencies.

The TPS92640PWP/NOPB is designed for use in automotive applications such as headlights, fog lights, daytime running lights, marker lights and warning lights. It is also suitable for commercial, industrial and residential lighting applications such as spotlights, floodlights, street lighting and architectural lighting, among many others.
