TR/ 3216FF4.5-R is a kind of fuses used to protect electrical circuits from overload and short circuit fault current. It is made of ceramic tube, silver-plated lead and rated current. The fuse is composed of melting alloy which can quickly cut off the circuit over load current or short circuit current and its working principle is depending on its melting time when the current passing through the conductive medium is over the rated current . In application field of TR/ 3216FF4.5-R, it is widely used in low-voltage distribution system of all kinds of electronics equipment, such as household appliances, lighting, instrumentation system, communication system, automotive, military and aerospace industries etc. It meets the UL standard 248 and can function within the rated voltage of AC 400V and rated current of 4.5A. It has very low internal resistance and very small temperature coefficient of resistance, which brings convenience in the production process.The TR/ 3216FF4.5-R fuse has the following characteristics:
- It has fast action, its spark and sound does not have impact on the circuit.
- It is automatic reset, once the over load current is dropped to acceptable level, it will automatically reset allowing normal operation of circuit.
- It has excellent overload capacity.
- It has good transfer performance, high stability and reliability.
- It can prevent secondary damage caused by current over load to a large extent.
