Working Principle

The electricity coming from the AC power source is rectified by the rectifier circuit into DC power. Since this DC power is not enough to drive the motor, it is further converted into higher voltage and current by the inverter circuit. The commutator circuit varied the current to maintain the smooth functioning of the motor. This current change causes the motor to rotate in the same direction as the rotor, which drives the fan blades and finally creates air circulation.
The drive circuitry is controlled by a motor controller, which is continuously monitoring the output of the AC power source to make sure a stable operation with high efficiency. The controller is designed with multiple temperature sensors and an adjustable speed control switch to allow the users to adjust the speed of air flow manually.
