UPL1-2027-2 application field and working principle

UPL1-2027-2 circuit breaker is suitable for AC 50-60Hz, rated voltage 230V and below straight-through single-phase load protection, and also can be used for infrequent on-off electric equipment interchange lines and overload, short circuit protection. This circuit breaker is mainly made up of movable contact and stationary contact. When the load current goes beyond the rated current of the circuit breaker, the trip coil of the circuit breaker start to work, causing the blade to leave the contact and interrupt the circuit. When the fault disappears, the trip coil is reset manually and the switch blade is put back to the contact to restore the circuit again.

UPL1-2027-2 circuit breakers are mainly used in residential construction and industrial circuits, including breakers for air conditioners, refrigerators, pumps, motors and lighting systems. It can also be used as a switch for electric equipment exchange, electric power distribution switch, infrequent on-off electric equipment interchange lines, and overload, short circuit protection.

When the load current exceeds the rated current of the circuit breaker (the rated current of the circuit breaker is generally the working current of the load *1.5), the trip coil of the circuit breaker will work, and the switch blade will leave the contact, thus cutting the circuit. This prevents the current from going beyond the rated current of the circuit breaker, which will cause the circuit to overheat, damaging the circuit and appliances.

When the fault is no longer present, the trip coil must be reset manually, and then the switch blade is returned to the contact position, and the circuit is restored again. This ensures that the circuit can be restored without the need to replace the fuse after the fault is gone. This makes circuit breakers much more convenient than fuses, which must be replaced after each time a fault is determined.
