If it senses an error, it shuts down the power and stops the output voltage. This protective mechanism ensures that the device is safe against excessive voltage and current damage, and a lower power dissipation is attained.Then, the LDO uses the pulses from the PWM controller to regulate the output voltage, adjusting the duty cycle of the pulses accordingly.
