Work Principle of VE-25F-MY-F3:

The VE-25F-MY-F3 DC-DC converter consists of main power circuit, control circuit and protection circuit. The main power circuit mainly consists of switching FETs, inductors, input capacitors, output capacitors, diodes, resistors and transformer. The control circuit consists of controller IC, pulse shapers, voltage feedback circuit, soft start circuit, over voltage circuit and short protection circuit.

During the working process, the controller IC sends a control signal to drive the FETs to turn on and off at a certain frequency according to the load current and voltage. This switching process converts the input voltage to a required voltage output. On the other hand, the voltage feedback circuit feeds back the output voltage to the controller IC to adjust the duty cycle of the FETs, in order to maintain the output stability.

In the case that the output voltage is too high or too low, the over voltage and short-circuit protection circuit will work to protect the device from being damaged. The soft start circuit is applied for soft start-up and prevents the device from damaging due to high inrush current.
