DC DC converters are used for many different applications. The VE-B4L-EU-S application field and working principle is one such example. It is used for bidirectional power switching and delivers regulated DC output voltage.

The VE-B4L-EU-S is an International Rectifier product and it consists of four pins. The two pins on the left are labeled “Vin” and “Vout” and are used to connect the power source and the load. The voltage on the Vout pin is then applied to the load.
