The VE-BW2-EY DC-DC converter is a highly efficient, low-power, and economical converter designed for a wide range of applications.The VE-BW2-EY utilizes an intelligent, compact, and robust design to provide high power conversion, allowing for the control of load, speed, and efficiency simultaneously. It can work in both open loop and closed loop modes, providing feedback control and protection.The architecture of the VE-BW2-EY is based on a two-stage architecture consisting of a boost converter and an adjustable buck-derived lower harmonic notch filter. The boost converter is used in the input stage for increasin gthe input voltage to the desired level in the output stage, while the adjustable buck-derived lower harmonic notch filter is used to control the output voltage to the desired level at the output stage.In the boost converter, the VE-BW2-EY uses a synchronous rectification-type topology which uses a two-level PWM control with a single peak-current control loop that maintains the desired voltage and current levels. It also has built-in protection measures to protect against input undervoltage, overvoltage, over-temperature, and reverse-input protection.In the buck-derived lower harmonic notch filter, the VE-BW2-EY utilizes a cross-coupled notch filter to reduce the output voltage ripple. The notch filter is adjustable, which allows for fine tuning to meet the desired output voltage.In addition, the VE-BW2-EY features two different output modes: open loop and close loop. In the open loop mode, no feedback is used, and the output voltage is fixed by the user. In the closed loop mode, the actual output voltage is controlled using feedback. This feedback control is done by monitoring the output voltage with a feedback circuit and adjusting the input to the converter if it deviates from the desired level.Overall, the VE-BW2-EY is an excellent, low-power, economical DC-DC converter with high power conversion, allowing for the control of load, speed, and efficiency simultaneously.
