The VE-J60-MY-F1 DC-DC converter employs a circuit structure, including a main transformer, control transformer, rectifier bridge, control switches, output filter inductor, and output capacitors, to realize the voltage conversion from high to low.The main transformer steps down the input voltage to an appropriate level. The output voltage can then be regulated with the control transformer. The current regulates the control switches to generate a driving voltage which goes through the rectifier bridge, and is delayed by the delay element and then directed to the controllable switches.When the current reaches the rated current, the shift of two resist opened and the controllable switch is turned off, resulting in the output voltage reaches the rated voltage. This process is repeated during operation; the output voltage stays at a constant level.
