The VI-264-MW-F1 series DC-DC converters are a range of high performance isolated DC-DC converters. The VI-264-MW-F1 series is available with twelve different output voltage and current ratings. All VI-264-MW-F1 converters incorporate input voltage range from 9V to 36V and output voltage range from 0.8V to 18V. All VI-264-MW-F1 converters also have a power density of up to 0.25W/cm³.

The VI-264-MW-F1 series bring together industry-leading efficiency, advanced protection, and singularity-free constant current and voltage output. The VI-264-MW-F1 series will support a wide input voltage range of 9V to 36V, and an even wider output voltage range from 0.8V to 18V. The VI-264-MW-F1 converters are also designed to be robust and reliable, and are capable of operating in a wide range of temperatures up to 105°C.These features make the VI-264-MW-F1 series a versatile option for many applications.

The working principle of the VI-264-MW-F1 series is based on the buck-boost topology. The buck-boost topology is a combination of both the buck and boost converters, and is capable of providing constant voltage and current from both high and low input voltages. The buck-boost topology is also capable of operating in discontinuous and continuous conduction modes, depending on the load requirement.
