The output voltage is adjustable from a wide range and can range from 1V to 750V. The output current is adjustable from 0A to 2.5A. The maximum output power is up to 1.9kW.The VI-B1P-MW-F1 DC DC converters feature high efficiency of up to 97%, low ripple noise of less than 1mV, and high power factor of up to 0.95. This high efficiency, low ripple and power factor make its ideal for applications such as telecom and automotive and other critical power supply applications.TheVI-B1P-MW-F1 DC DC converters use a full bridge topology to achieve the high efficiency and reliable operation. This design uses two series connected MOSFETs with an inductor in between them for conversion of AC input to DC output. The input and output voltages are regulated by a externel control system with the input voltage range provided to the external control system to adjust the output parameters.The working principle of the VI-B1P-MW-F1 DC DC converters is as follows. The AC input voltage is first rectified using a fullwave rectifier. This rectified DC voltage is then subjected to a process called voltage conversion. In this process, the high DC voltage is stepped down (or stepped up) to the required output voltage. This is done using two MOSFETs which act as switches and an inductor in between them. The task of the inductor is to store the energy temporarily before it is released back to the output while the MOSFET switches are alternately switched on and off to create the required output.The VI-B1P-MW-F1 DC DC converters are able to provide high efficiency, low output ripple noise and a high power factor making them perfect for applications that require a reliable and high efficiency power supply.
