VI-B2P-CW Working Principle

The VI-B2P-CW DC–DC converter typically employs a flyback topology, where a large KV transformer is used between the input and output, and forward transformer. The large KV transformer used provides isolation between the input and output, meaning that the input and output windings are completely separate from each other. The forward transformer is used to step down DC power into a regulator IC which controls the output current, voltage, etc. The VI-B2P-CW also features an open loop sense for faster regulation and improved accuracy.
