The switcher then resumes with the next pulse to build up the output current again.To regulate the output voltage, the MOSFET opens and closes the power switch with a constant frequency. This causes the output voltage to fluctuate with the on and off time. The control circuit measures the output voltage and adjusts the on and off times of the MOSFET accordingly. This allows the output voltage to remain closely regulated across a wide input voltage range.The VI-J01-IY also features low switching noise and a high efficiency rating. The device integrates an output voltage spread of 20ns to minimize the switching noise. Additionally, the design of the device features a maximum duty cycle of 95% for high efficiency.
