The VI-JNN-IY is a high-potential, bidirectional, actively-clamped ZVSDC/DC converter. It provides accurate energy transfer as well as superior dynamic performance. It has wide application fields of automotive, industrial, and renewable energy systems. The VI-JNN-IY is capable of working in both hard-switched and soft-switched modes.The working principle of the VI-JNN-IY is based on the Zenner Diode (ZD) and the active clamp technique. Due to its active clamping energy transfer mechanism, this converter is able to achieve superior dynamic performance with a well-regulated output voltage. The converter is also capable of working in both frequency-fixed and PWM variable-frequency modes to satisfy various load requirements.The VI-JNN-IY consists of two main components: the primary-side switch and the secondary-side switch. On the primary side, the ZD provides the clamping action to achieve a regulated output voltage. The secondary side switch in conjunction with the auxiliary inductor allows for a bidirectional energy transfer. In order to switch the primary- and secondary-side switches, the VI-JNN-IY employs a method called regular phase-shifted full bridge (RP-FB) topology.The VI-JNN-IY is also capable of operating in a wide range of applications. Its wide input voltage range makes it suitable for use with various types of gate drives as well as switching applications in automotive and industrial systems. It can also be used to power a variety of renewable energy systems such as solar panels and wind turbines.In addition, the VI-JNN-IY is capable of providing high power density and efficiency.
