VI-JWM-MW-F2 application field and working principle

VI-JWM-MW-F2 is a DC-DC converter module developed by Shandong Zhaojin Motor Co., Ltd.It works in a wide voltage range, with small volume, high power and ultra wide input working voltage range, which makes it suitable for military, medical, industrial automation, communication, instrumentation, automotive and other fields.

This VI-JWM-MW-F2 module uses synchronous rectification technology with wide input voltage range, high power and low power consumption.The input voltage range is 18-72V,with 48V,24V,12V,5V,3.3V as the output voltage.The number of winding cores can be selected according to the output power and working conditions of the system.The typical power of single-module application is 70W.

The module is composed of six key components: MOSFET, transformer, diode bridge, capacitors, controller, filter inductor.When the power is switched on, the MOS tube serves as a switch tube, conducting electricity.The controller detects the DC voltage and sends a signal to the drive tube.The drive tube controls the conduction of the MOS tube according to the signal to realize the pulse width modulation of the MOS tube.The output torque of the transformer is converted into the required DC voltage by the rectifier filter circuit composed of diode bridge, filter inductor and capacitor.

The VI-JWM-MW-F2 module has a limited capacity, which is much lower than that of a linear voltage regulator.Therefore, it is best not to connect too much load when used in series.In addition, the switching power supply should not be loaded too much, otherwise it will affect the switching power supply voltage stability and increase power consumption.
