VS-T90RIA10 is a three-phases Thyristors, Diode, and Gate module. It is designed for AC switching applications, and it combines the functional requirements of a Diode, and Thrystors. Working principle
As the name suggests, VS-T90RIA10 is the combination of Thyristors, Gates, and Diodes. The Thyristor is a two or four-layer semiconductor device.
