VS-VSKH105/16 Thyristors - SCRs - Modules Application Field and Working Principle

Thyristors (SCRs or Silicon Controlled Rectifiers) are a type of semiconductor devices used primarily as switching devices in myriad applications. They have been around and been used since the 1960s, and since then they have become a primary component of industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics.
