The CLBs also feature fast pin-to-pin propagation, zero-delay skew, and wide output drive capability. The I/O control logic in the XC2C128-7TQG144I has a small 9 ns delay and provides up to 64 bidirectional I/O pins for high speed operation. Other features of the device include a 512 kbit SRAM, 4 kbit EEPROM, 1,536 bit register based RAM, and a JTAG boundary scan interface.
