The oscillators are also widely used in the civilian frequency bands and can be used in fields such as radio and television broadcasting, optical communication, ultra-wideband communication, radar navigation and so on.
Working Principle
XLH730027.500000I is designed on two principles. Firstly, a linear voltage controlled oscillator oscillates within its own clock frequency range, and secondly, a temperature compensated crystal oscillator makes the oscillator more stable.
For linear voltage controlled oscillator, the oscillator uses a voltage from an outside source which is variable within a certain range. This voltage affects the frequency of the oscillator, and with the change of the voltage, the frequency of the oscillator changes accordingly. It is designed to operate within resonant frequency by using the feedback from tank circuit.
For temperature compensated crystal oscillator, it is widely used in applications due to its very high frequency stability. Its frequency stability is greatly improved by controlling the environment temperature with using several techniques, such as temperature-compensated crystal, thermal compensation and passive components.
