It is suitable for use in consumer audio applications, gaming, automotive infotainment, and secure web conferencing, to name a few.Working Principle of the XR-USB-AUDIO-U16-MC-ABThe working principle of the XR-USB-AUDIO-U16-MC-AB is based on the NXP Semiconductor’s SDP Controller and S-Block Cycler, which both provide data to the host processor via the USB interface. The SDP Controller allows the user to select the required audio output (or record) options, and then passes the data from the USB interface to the S-Block Cycler. The S-Block Cycler processes the blocks of data and then controls the output/record interface.The XR-USB-AUDIO-U16-MC-AB supports audio record and playback for up to 16 channels. The board comes pre-configured with the necessary drivers, and also provides the user with access to a comprehensive set of software tools that can be used to develop and debug applications.
