Working principle
The XRT75L03DIVTR-F is a dedicated Low RDS(ON) Quad SPST Analog Switch. It focuses on providing a low RDS(ON) connection with minimal power dissipation. In each logic control pin, an integrated Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection device allows for ESD protection up to ±8kV HBM voltage. The power supply voltage used in the XRT75L03DIVTR-F ranges from 0.7V to 4.2V, further enabling its deployment to low-voltage switching applications. A slot-by-slot feature allows for operation efficiency at the most optimal power level, thus enhancing its overall power performance. When in power-on, the XRT75L03DIVTR-F’s 4-SPST ASs provide low RDS(ON) connection with a maximum of 0.95Ω between the inputs, thus allowing for minimal power dissipation. The XRT75L03DIVTR-F also offers a low power-mode, thus allowing applications to be switched off when not in operation and saving power states; when in power-off mode, all circuitry is disabled, except for the logic pins.
