Y92E-STS05-10 Application Field and Working Principle

Y92E-STS05-10 is a cylinder pressure switch designed by Beijing Ourteck Automation Technology Co., Ltd. This product can detect the pressure and pressure status of the cylinder in real time and transfer them into electrical signals. It is widely used in metallurgical, chemical, petrochemical, machinery, textile and other industrial automation systems.

The working principle of Y92E-STS05-10 is relatively simple. It utilizes a pneumatic system to detect the information of the cylinder in real time. The cylinder and the switch are connected by a tube. After the switch is connected to the power supply, the pressure gauge, spring and piston inside can sense the functioning of the cylinder. When the pressure of the gas cylinder changes, the pressure gauge and spring will move accordingly. The pressure gauge will sense the pressure and move the piston. When the pressure of the cylinder reaches the required pressure, the piston will touch the inner switch switch, so that the switch outputs a signal.

Apart from detecting the pressure of the cylinder, Y92E-STS05-10 switch can also sense the pressure status of the cylinder. The internal structure of the switch includes an emergency output valve and a pressure relief valve. In case of high pressure, the pressure relief valve will open to relief pressure; when the pressure is lower than the required level, the emergency output valve will open to output a signal.
