Zilog Z84C4110PEG is an Enhanced single-chip microcontroller compatible with the industry-standard 80C51 instruction set. It is designed to provide a reduced pin-count and cost-effective solution for 8-bit designs. The Z84C4110PEG provides the same level of on-chip features normally found on a larger device like bit-addressable RAM, extensive onboard serial I/O capabilities, enhanced power-down modes and high quality A/D convertors. Thanks to its small physical size, low supply current and highly integrated features, the Z84C4110PEG is an ideal choice for a range of embedded applications such as medical, automotive and industrial control.

The Z84C4110PEG is an 8-bit microcontroller with 256 bytes RAM and 2K bytes of program memory, consisting of both nonvolatile FLASH and SRAM-based architecture.
