Working Principle

The CNR60A20V operates on a simple switching principle; it ON and OFF a motor drives, it switches a single phase or three phase motor with either timed/delayed or instantaneous switching. It is capable of controlling the speed of a motor directly, by switching on and off different phases. The contactor has an internal magnetic coil that’s used to open and close the contacts, which are in the form of two sets of normally open and normally closed switch contacts. Moreover, the contactor is equipped with phase protection control system, which monitors the phases of the motor in order to detect any phase mismatch. If such a mismatch is detected it will shut-off the current flow to prevent any disruption in the power supply or damage to the motor or its connected equipment.
