74CBTLV3384BQ is a kind of logic-signal switch, multiplexer and decoder. It is a low-voltage Single Bus-Interface Logic consisting of multiple independent gates, each of which functions as a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch. The single Bus-Interface reduces the number of required logic interconnects, allowing the chip to be used in tight spaces with limited connections.
Features
74CBTLV3384BQ features a high speed operation up to 56MHz, low power needs of only 2.2V to 3.6V, and a wide operating supply range from 2.2V to 5.5V. It is also equipped with three differential bidirectional buffers per bit to give low-power-loss data transfers. Inputsare TTL-compatible for superior noise immunity. The chip include dual chip-enable (CE) and active-low chip-select (CS) inputs for ease of use and effective data handling.
Additionally, its output drivers are capable of handling up to 24mA, with power dissipation up to 100mW. The integrated 8-bit latch counter allows successive access to address and data boundaries. The integrated triple-level decode array is also multiplexed with two lines as device select (\'DS\') and latch enable (\'LE\'), allowing higher speed decoding in multiplexed environments. Lastly, the I/O pins are 5V tolerant and are configured as two fast-access (FAD) and two side-bused controllers (SBC).
