The VS-30CTQ040-N3 is a  silicon carbide (SiC) trench power Schottky rectifier rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 600 V and a forward current of 30A. This device is part of the series of SiC Schottky rectifiers from Vishay which are especially suitable for applications where high blocking voltage with moderate forward current is required. This device has a space-saving package and requires no external snubber or heatsink to manage thermal performance.
