Flat Flex Cables

Working Principle

FFCs work on the principle of electrical induction. When two or more layers of copper wires are insulated from each other, a magnetic field is created between them. This magnetic field induces an opposing current in the neighboring layer, which can be used to complete a circuit. The signals in these circuits can be used to transfer data, power, and control signals between various components.Ribbon jumper cables work on the principle of electrical conduction. The thin stranded copper conductors are insulated from each other and connected to the PC Board. These connections create a path through which the current can flow. This current is then routed through the connected components, allowing data, power, and control signals to be transferred.
