0299070.L is a type of quick-acting fuses which is widely used on iron and steel industries. Working Principle

When current through these fuses, the current will circulate in the primary winding and the secondary winding of the fuse with different directions at the same time. Then the magnetic flux generated by the two windings will generate blocking torque which will pull the fuse blade down and open the contacts of the blade. The arc between the contacts of the blade will be quickly extinguished by the quenching chamber, thus suddenly disconnecting the circuit.
