USB Connectors
USB (Universal Serial Bus) is a widespread type of connector for digital peripherals, such as keyboards, mice, printers, and flash drives. It is used in both consumer and business equipment. A USB cable consists of two parts, the A-part and the B-part. The A-part is used to connect to the computer and the B-part is used to connect to the peripheral. USB connectors can come in several varieties: Standard-A, Standard-B, Mini-A, Mini-B, Micro-A, Micro-B and Type C.
The most common type of USB connector is the Standard-A, which is used to connect the computer to the peripheral device. DVI Connectors
DVI (Digital Visual Interface) is a type of connector used to transfer digital video signals from a computer to a display device. DVI connectors are used to connect computers to monitors and TVs. They come in several varieties: DVI-A, DVI-D, DVI-I and DVI-M. DVI-A is used to connect computer video cards to analog displays, such as CRT monitors, while DVI-D is used to connect video cards to digital displays, such as flat-panel LCD monitors. HDMI Connectors
HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) is a type of connector used to transfer audio and video signals from a source device to a display device. HDMI connectors are used to connect modern Blu-ray players, game consoles, computers, TVs and other video equipment. HDMI connectors are typically found on high-end consumer electronics, such as HDTVs and Blu-ray Disc players, and have replaced older interfaces, such as DVI and Component video.
