Electrostatic precipitation technology, using high-voltage pulse to generate an electric field, such as the application of negative high voltage could give the dust particles charged, and through the air force of positive and negative electric field, let the particles in the combustion exhaust gas, the levities rely on a phenomenon of asymmetry of its own negative charge particles under electric field effect and migration. Electrostatic Precipitator is generally equipped with up to four experiments at the same time, its main purpose is to separate the different particles in the exhaust gas.Electrostatic Precipitators are a type of filtration device that use an electric field to separate particles from gases that are released into the atmosphere. The electrostatic field is generated by using high voltage pulses. This high voltage pulses induce a negative charge onto the particles which are then attracted to a positively charged collection plate. The movement of the particle is directed by the force of the electric field, allowing the particles to be separated from the gas. This separation process is repeated until the gas has been fully filtered.The working principle of the electrostatic precipitator is quite simple. When the combustible particles come into contact with the electric field, they become polarized. The positive and negative charges build up on the particle and have an opposite direction of motion. This sets up a force of attraction between the particle and the collecting plate. As the particle moves toward the collecting plate, it is redirected in the direction of the electric field and is thus separated from the gas. The collections plate then collects the now-polarized particles and they are then released into a receptacle for removal.The application of electrostatic precipitation technology includes the primary and secondary (bag dust removal), dust removal and weak smoke removal and other industrial and mining enterprises. In addition, it is also often used in flue gas desulfurization, denitrification, and air purification in chemical, steel and metallurgy industries.The traditional way of air purification is to use filters to extract dust particles from the air. However, the use of filters is not suitable for the purification of large amounts of exhaust gas. Furthermore, the filter media used in filters is not very effective at trapping particles of a smaller size, meaning that many particles remain in the air after filtration. This is why electrostatic precipitators are a more suitable alternative for air purification.Electrostatic precipitators are more efficient than other methods of air filtration in that they are more effective in trapping particles, even on a microscopic level. The electric field of an electrostatic precipitator attracts the particles in a way that they can’t be missed, no matter the size. This makes electrostatic precipitation technology much more efficient and reliable than other methods of air filtration.In addition to their ability to trap particles up to the microscopic level, electrostatic precipitators offer other advantages over other filtration methods. They require much less energy to operate than other filtration systems, making them highly efficient. Furthermore, they are relatively easy to maintain and have an extremely long service life.Overall, electrostatic precipitation technology is a highly efficient and reliable method for the purification of air, and provides a number of advantages over other forms of filtration. Its ability to trap even the smallest particles makes it especially suitable for industrial applications where larger amounts of exhaust gas must be processed.
