The 0936 or 040057, also known as pneumatic positioning, is widely used in machining, assembly, testing, medical, aerospace, food and other industries. It uses a pneumatic control system and a mechanical transmission system to drive an unlimited kinetic system, enabling precise positioning within a preset range and precise operation within predetermined parameters.0936 or 040057 has the following characteristics:

The working principle of the 0936 or 040057 pneumatic positioning system can be explained as follows:
1. The compressed air is connected to the air cylinder and the cylinder is locked with a locking valve. Inside the air cylinder is a piston with a piston rod connected to it.
2. The compressed air is sent into the air cylinder, and the piston moves forward due to the pressure of the gas. The movement of the piston rod is transmitted to other components through the mechanical transmission system, and the precise positioning or operation is completed.
3. When the piston moves to the end of the stroke, the exhaled air is exhausted outside to make the pressure in the cylinder and the pressure outside the cylinder consistent. The cylinder will then return to its starting position.
