Working Principle

1300101296’s working principle is based on its advanced current sensing algorithm. This algorithm ensures that the required drive current levels are always achieved in the motor. The device includes a six-channel current waveform generator (CWG) to control drive current levels with a precise ripple waveform. The CWG is used to produce motor control current waveforms with a near-constant ripple, regardless of supply input voltage and loading conditions.

The device also includes a unique adaptive estimation algorithm that provides accurate current- waveform calculations even during changes in the motor load. It also helps to minimize the harmonic distortion of the motor\'s current waveform and improve efficiency.

Moreover, the built-in protection features prevent over-current and over-voltage operations that may damage the motor and reduce its performance. The device also has built-in temperature, start-lockout and open-loop detector protection features.
