1320934-9 applicators are a type of crimpers, applicators and presses accessories which are used for order-to-order crimping in order to provide repeatedly accurate joints. The device consists of an application frame, a base plate, and a plunger. The applicator is set up according to the application requirement with an application field which has set height and width in order to select the appropriate crimp section. When the application is ready, the crimp section of the applicator is pushed onto the joint. At the same time, the application frame and the plunger press the crimp section, which deform the crimp section and form a perfect mechanical joint. The application field and plunger will then move backward, leaving the crimp section securely fitted on the joint. The working principle of 1320934-9 applications is based on the application frame, the base plate, and the plunger. The base plate is placed on a flat surface and then the application frame is placed on the base plate. The application field, which has set height and width is then selected and placed in the application frame. This application field will keep the selected crimp section in an upright position in the same order. The plunger will then be pushed into the application field and the crimp section will come into contact with the joint. During the crimping process, the plunger will act as a pressure medium for the crimping process and the application frame will work as a support platform for theapplication frame.
