15KR85 Application Field and Working Principle

The 15KR85 fuse is often used in applications where a high-speed, low-power operating current is required. This type of fuse was designed by International Rectifier for their Advanced High Speed IGBTs (insulated gate bipolar transistors), and is available in a variety of sizes. The 15KR85 fuse is also utilized in similar IGBTs from other manufacturers.
