The insulation has a 0.06-inch thick polyester sleeve for support and protection.

The tinned copper conductor resists corrosion and provides superior electrical conductivity. The cross-linked polyolefin insulation is resistant to abrasion, oil, moisture, and thermal shock, offering superior electrical insulation properties. The polyester sleeve offers mechanical protection against mechanical stress and wear.
