The heat transfer from the semi-conductor is then created into the LED itself. This module is able to provide a constant uniform temperature throughout the module, which then helps in providing an efficient thermal performance. The thermal performance of the 19755-XXL application field is ensured by five temperature regulators. The temperature regulators ensure that the thermal performance is maintained even during times when the temperature of the module starts to fluctuate. The LED thermal product is also capable of achieving high power levels.
