1N5364CE3/TR13 Application Field and Working Principle

A 1N5364CE3/TR13 is a single-type Zener diode which is used for voltage regulation applications in electrical circuits where it is necessary to protect components from external electrical noise or overvoltage events. It is a low-power device that can be used in battery chargers, switchmode power supplies, modems and digital communication circuits, radar systems, and clock synchronization systems.

The 1N5364CE3/TR13 Zener diode provides a stable, fail safe voltage protection for the electronic circuits within which it is placed.
