The highly integrated 1SX250LU3F50E3VG SoC can be used in applications such as home automation, healthcare, remote door lock and unlocking, smart lighting, and security systems. The Cortex-M0 is capable of supporting a wide range of operating systems and software development tools. The radio section of the SoC supports the GSM/GPRS protocol stack, making it possible to send voice or data over the cellular network.
