The 23S05-1DCG Clock/Timing - Clock Generators, PLLs, Frequency Synthesizers is an oscillator module based on the stable SiTIME OCXO oscillator. It operates in the frequency range of 10MHz to 130MHz. It can achieve high stability and wide tuning range. This oscillator module is best suited for applications that require low-power operation, low-jitter clocks, extended temperature range and high-frequency stability.
The 23S05-1DCG clock generator provides a low-cost, low-jitter solution for frequency synthesis applications. It can generate a low-jitter clock from an on-board oscillator, with up to 4 VCXO outputs providing frequencies up to 130MHz using an external resistor divider. The device provides an exact frequency for each VCXO which is plus or minus 0.25% accurate from 10MHz to 130MHz. It also features an adjustable voltage reference with an accuracy of 0.5% over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
The 23S05-1DCG clock generator has integrated automatic drift compensation feature to achieve higher stability over temperature and time. It can quickly recover from power disruptions and also has integrated EMI and ESD protection. It also has an integrated frequency counter to measure and monitor the output of the clock generator, which provides a diagnostic feature that can be used to detect and solve any clock errors. Additionally, the device includes configurable output formats, such as CMOS, sine wave and LVPECL, and is also configurable with an external resistor divider to extend the frequency range.
