24AA512-I/SM

24AA512-I/SM is a 512K nonvolatile Serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) device. The device is organized as 64K words of 8 bits each and is optimized for use in applications that require low power and low-voltage operation. The 24AA512-I/SM is capable of both serial and parallel programming. The 24AA512-I/SM offers a serial interface for both reading and writing as well as a parallel interface for reading. It is accessed via a simple two-wire bus. It also has a write protect feature that allows the user to write protect a portion or the entire memory array.
