Working Principle

When an electrical current is sent to the coil from a circuit, it causes the insulated contacts to close, creating an electrical circuit. In response to a signal from a PLC or DCS, the I/O Relay Module Rack sends the signal to the contact, closing the circuit and activating the digital device. When the current supply stops, the contact opens again, breaking the circuit and shutting off the device.
