• Working Principle

Illuminated pushbutton switches operate by three different methods: incandescent, neon, and LED. In the incandescent type, an incandescent bulb is used to light the plunger when the switch is closed. In the neon type, a neon bulb is used to indicate when the switch is closed. In the LED type, an LED lights up when the switch is closed.

Pushbutton switches are available in many standard colors, including black, silver, white, gray, and red. Custom colors and colors with stripes, dots or other markings are also available.
