38M3020AA1212 Applications Field and Working Principle

38M3020AA1212 is a type of Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) andEvanescent Mode Interference (EMI) shielding material. It is constructed by a  matrix of high-density porous polyolefin foam, combined with conductive fillers and compounded into a single layer film. This product is designed to provide excellent absorbefor shielding electrical signals thus preventing them from radiating and leaking from the electronics enclosure.

The purpose of the 38M3020AA1212 is to reduce RF and EMI  noise from leaving an electronics enclosure. It also filters out signal interferences from external sources, preventing the internal electronic components from being damaged or malfunctioning.
