Motor Driver Boards, Modules are electrical components which plays an essential role in industry control. 3G3MX2-A4110 is a kind of motors driver module that is made to control three Phase Brushless DC Motors or Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs). It adopts the newly developed Microcomputer Unit (MCU) to implement closed loop speed controlling function.

Application Field

3G3MX2-A4110 motor driver module is mainly designed to control PMSM or BLDC motor. The motor driver module has been applied in multi-motor controlling system, such as digital printing machines, sewers, farm vehicles, industrial automation machines, special purpose machines, manipulators, and textile machinery.

Working Principle

3G3MX2-A4110 is built with a Microcomputer Unit (MCU) which is responsible to establish closed-loop speed controlling and applies advanced vector control algorithm as shown in the figure below.

The MCU reads parameters from the digital inputs (D1 to D8) of 3G3MX2-A4110 motor driver board, and stores lots of parameters from the RPM setting, speed, current, voltage limits, etc. into the CPU inside the motor module.

The motor driver module will process the signals sent from the MCU and establish closed loop motor control system to reach the RPM set by the MCU. Besides, through PLC control it can achieve the speed tracking, speed control, two speed control and servo control functions.

The MCU processes the feedback signals from the motor driver board, such as Hall sensor, speed, current, voltage, etc, and transmits the signals to 3G3MX2-A4110 motor driver board. The motor driver board will process the signals from the MCU and send the pulse signals to the motor to reach the setting RPM.
