RFI and EMI - Shielding and Absorbing Materials is broadly defined as the elimination, absorption, reflection, and/or attenuation of electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated by electronic devices and systems. 3M 1267 3/4" X 4"-100 shielding and absorbing materials are a perfect fit for the broad range of applications that require a combination of effective shielding and optimized absorption.
3M 1267 3/4" X 4"-100 shielding and absorbing materials are constructed of aluminum-filled silicone foam with an aluminum-foil bonded to one side. It is designed to minimize EMI emitting from electronic components and systems while providing maximum absorption and absorption across a wide frequency range. The 3M 1267 3/4" X 4"-100shielding and absorbing materials feature an increase in shielding effectiveness and thermal stability at temperatures of up to 205° C, making them more reliable for sensitive electronic applications. In addition, the aluminum-filled silicone foam provides excellent shielding and absorbing capabilities in a variety of hostile environments and can even be used in high-electromagnetic field environments.

These advantages make the 3M 1267 3/4" X 4"-100 absorption and shielding materials the ideal choice for applications where the reduction of electromagnetic radiation is essential.
